We organize all tours by request, on the date and for the number of participants you indicate. After you request and we confirm availability, SlowDays sends a quote with a description of the experiences, dates, and number of participants. The quote has an expiration date. To book, you must pay a 30% deposit, as indicated on the quote. We will then request the balance 15 days before the tour starts. For tours starting within 30 days of the requested date, we will require the full balance to book.

Let's take charge of your request and start building a preventive plan designed for you (our tours aren't "standard"; each proposal is built around your dates and number of participants). What we do, step by step. Check needs: We check dates, people, and any allergies/intolerances. "Critical" supplier availability: wineries, guides, rentals, transfers… Li we option and align timetables with all other activities. Route Optimization: If, for example, the best winery is too far from the e-bike rental, we recompose the package by choosing closer suppliers or different times. Alternative: If something isn't available, we choose equivalent options or, if that's impossible, an alternative date. Sending Quote: Once each stage is in place, we send you the quote with an expiration date (out of respect for supplier options). Times We will reply as soon as possible with any clarifications. The quote arrives within 3 business days of your request (usually sooner). To speed things up, please include the date/period, number of people, interests (e.g., wine, e-bike, trekking), and any allergies/intolerances in your email.

Some of our tours cannot be adapted for allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences such as vegetarian/vegan. This is because we often rely on small cellars or structures that aren't equipped for these needs. Please report these needs in advance so we can evaluate any alternative solutions.

1) Send the request Click on "Info and reservations" (top or bottom of the tour page). Fill out the form by answering questions (best if you indicate data/e, number of people, and any allergies). 2) Check availability We receive your request and check the availability of the suppliers/activities. We will get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation of feasibility (or alternatives). 3) Confirmation and payment After we confirm, you can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or Satispay. We will send you the summary of what is included and the next steps. Important: When you send us your request, you do not purchase a "ready-made" tour. You are requesting the organization of a tour as you have seen, for the date you request and the number of people you will be.

Tour details are provided after confirmation and payment (down payment or balance, as applicable). If you're not comfortable with what I can choose for you, I can tell you that we've been serving happy customers since 2016, and quite a few; there's proof :-) But that's not enough! If something's wrong, when you get the details (it NEVER happened!!!), we talk about it and find alternatives (obviously within budget :-P !) and as available.
