Do you want to give an experience in the Langhe? Here are the answers to the most common doubts about validity, dates, and reservations.

How long does a SlowBox last?

The SlowBox is valid for 12 months. The person receiving the gift therefore has time to choose when to live the experience, taking into account the period of performance and availability.

Who chooses the date of the experience?

The recipient chooses the date for the SlowBox. Contact SlowDays to agree on a date; we will check the experience’s availability and handle the organization.

How far in advance should you book?

We recommend contacting us in advance, especially on weekends and during peak periods. For stays, book at least a month in advance; for other experiences, book at least 15 days in advance. Booking is always subject to availability.

How do I receive the SlowBox voucher?

The voucher is sent by email so that you can give it away remotely. For details on sending times, payments, and any reception issues, see the full FAQ.

What if the chosen experience is no longer suitable?

Contact us: we will help you evaluate another SlowDays experience that is compatible with the value of the voucher and the expected conditions. Our goal is to find a solution suitable for those who receive the gift.

How many people is a SlowBox valid for?

It depends on the proposal chosen. Many SlowBoxes are designed for at least two people; always check the number of participants and the price listed on the individual experience tab.
