Where: We are in the upper Langa, among open landscapes and nature. During the summer it is cool andcalmasant. In mid-season, it is worth wearing a light jacket.

What’s included?

Truffle search
- After meeting the “trifolao,” you will go to the truffle farm, just a few minutes from the meeting point. Here, you will see one of the dogs at work, and you will be fascinated by the countless curiosities told by the “trifle” and his devotion to this occupation, full of mystery and respect for tradition and nature. The experience in the woods lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. The search is absolutely “real” and authentic because the dog would not know how to pretend! However, to be sure to see him at work, a couple of truffles will be previously hidden…otherwise, the experience would risk being nothing more than a walk in the woods!

La visita consiste in realtà in una dettagliata spiegazione sulla zona del Barolo e sui vini che vengono prodotti in questo eccezionale territorio. La spiegazione sarà guidata da personale specializzato, che sarà lieto di accompagnarvi in un viaggio che congiunge il lavoro nel vigneto a quello della cantina, fino a portarvi alla degustazione dei principali vini. - A couple of hours of walking: Enjoy trails along the hills in the Barolo vineyard area. There will be many surprises during your trek.
- A pleasant stop at the winery: A brief introduction to the world of wines in the home of a minor, established producer in the Barolo area. A beautiful tasting room nestled in the Nebbiolo vineyards of the La Morra hills, among the most renowned in the Langhe. Tasting of 2 fine wines (Nascetta, considered the “white Barolo,” and Barbera), narrated and explained by the producer and accompanied by a small cutting board.
- Wrapping up the walk: A small osteria where you can experience the “old-time” atmosphere, right in the center of one of the most beautiful and visited villages in the Langhe. It is run by a wine producer who guarantees a perfect pairing of dishes and wines. Traditional appetizer / First course of your choice / Dessert with pairing of 2 wines. Typical menu: Mixed Piedmontese appetizers (Vitello tonnato, Carne cruda, Seasonal vegetable appetizer) – Tajarin al sugo (or ravioli “del plin”) – Bunet or hazelnut cake.
