PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Choose your favorite SlowBox. Complete the form as follows:
- EMAIL: If you are buying it for yourself, enter your own email address.
- If you are buying it as a gift, you can:
- enter the recipient’s email address, and we will send the voucher directly to them, or
- enter your own email address and forward the voucher yourself.
Some products offer several package options. Select one from the drop-down menu.
Choose your preferred option.
We will ask for your details to process your purchase: your name, Italian tax code, address, and email.
If you pay immediately by credit card, we’ll email your gift voucher within a few minutes. Please check your spam folder, as it may end up there!
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, complete your purchase as described above, then make the transfer. Send us the payment receipt by replying to this email.
We process bank transfer payments during office hours. Please keep this in mind for last-minute gifts: only credit card payments allow immediate voucher delivery!
The recipient has one year to redeem the voucher. Our tours run from mid-March to mid-November.
How can they book? They should email claudia@slowdays.it with their preferred date and voucher code. We will confirm availability within 48 hours and then arrange their tour.
Please send booking requests at least 15 days in advance to give us the best chance of securing availability. For tours that include an overnight stay, we recommend booking at least one month in advance.
