All our tours are organised on request, on your chosen date and for the stated number of participants.
After receiving your enquiry, we check availability and send you a detailed quotation.
To confirm, you simply pay a 30% deposit; the balance is due 15 days before departure.
If the chosen date is very close, full payment may be required.
We accept bank transfer, credit card and Satispay.
Every quotation has a clearly stated expiry date.

SlowDays communicates primarily by email. It is the best way for us to answer every enquiry clearly, efficiently and in an organised manner.

If speaking by phone becomes necessary, we can arrange it later.

In bad or uncertain weather, SlowDays will agree a Plan B with you so that the day is not spoiled.
Depending on the tour and event, we may postpone, adapt or change the experience, seeking a solution that preserves the spirit of the trip and the customer’s objective.
The precise arrangements may vary according to the chosen event or package.

Our prices do not officially change between high and low season: we keep the same reference rates throughout the year.
However, in autumn—the peak season in the Langhe—some venues or services may apply surcharges that we must take into account. Booking well in advance is always a good idea! Because every quotation is personalised, there may also be small price differences depending on the venues or suppliers available at the time of confirmation. We always strive for the best possible balance between quality, availability and price 🌿
