All our tours are organized on request, on the date you choose and for the number of people indicated.
After receiving your request, we check availability and send you a quote with all the details.
To confirm, a 30% deposit is required (the balance is due 15 days before departure).
If the requested date is very close, full payment may be required.
We accept bank transfer, credit card or Satispay.
The quote always has a clearly stated expiry date.

SlowDays communicates mainly by email. It is the best way for us to answer every request clearly, efficiently and promptly.
Write to us at claudia@slowdays.it or complete the form on the tour page: we will reply soon. Everything we discuss will remain in writing and available for everyone to consult.
If necessary, we can then arrange to speak by phone.
We prefer this method because it helps us manage timing, quotes and information accurately, ensuring better service for everyone.

In case of bad or uncertain weather, SlowDays will agree on a Plan B with you so the day is not spoiled.
Depending on the type of tour or event, we may reschedule, adapt or change the experience, looking for a solution that preserves its spirit and meets the customer’s goals.
The exact arrangements may vary according to the event or package selected.

Our prices do not officially vary between high and low season: we maintain the same reference rates throughout the year.
However, please note that in autumn — the peak season in the Langhe — some accommodation providers or services may increase their rates, and we may need to adjust accordingly. Booking well in advance is always a good idea! In addition, since every quote is customized, there may be small price differences depending on the accommodation or suppliers available at the time of confirmation. We always aim to achieve the best possible balance between quality, availability and price 🌿

When submitting your request, you can ask us to customize your tour:

• Add an experience: dinner, aperitif, overnight stay or one of the many other activities featured on our website and in our other tours. We will assess the options together based on availability, timing and the organization of the day.

E-bike tour
You will have guaranteed assistance during the tour in case of breakdowns or other problems.
We will also provide an offline route map and a contact person.
Depending on the option selected, you can stop along the route for tastings, visits or a traditional lunch.
You do not need to be an athlete: curiosity, a love of the outdoors and a reasonable level of fitness are enough.

Each package is built around a theme — romantic, gourmet, active or wellness — and includes accommodation, experiences and tastings.
