The fact that we are a group implies a greater organizational effort (even for you I imagine!) and therefore it is advisable to contact us AT LEAST 3 weeks before the event, but the sooner the better!

We are not a portal that lists third parties: we organize your tour and choose the most suitable partners from time to time.

• We work with a tested network of suppliers: we test experiences and select those that match the package’s quality, style, and timing.
• Each tour is tailored (dates, number, interest): the real availability occurs near the request/confirmation.
• To be fair to partners, we don’t ask for burst options for every quote; that would create confusion and unnecessary blocks.

How we work (clear and simple)

1. You tell us dates, participants, interests.
2. We build the custom program and verify the critical availability.
3. Once you confirm, we finalize the reservations and confirm the details with the suppliers.
4. A few days before departure, you receive the final program (with useful names, times, contacts).

• Tell us right away (e.g., a winery or area): if available, we include it; otherwise, we propose a similar alternative.

Yes, within clear limits. We always start with a standard tour and adapt it to your needs where possible. Last-minute requests or very small groups may be subject to restrictions or additional costs.
For our standard bachelorette and bachelor party packages, we can often confirm bookings at short notice, subject to availability on your preferred date.

What we can customize

• Timing and order of the experiences, depending on your preferences and provider availability.
• Combine elements from different packages and add or replace experiences.
• Adjustments for your group’s specific needs, including allergies, preferred pace, and interests.

Conditions and costs

• Changes to timing or the order of activities that involve only logistics do not count as customization and incur no additional charge.
• Combining packages, adding activities, or arranging tailored experiences: a 5% surcharge applies to the package price. Requests are subject to approval, as customization isn’t always possible during busy periods. Booking early helps.
• Customization for individual participants: we do not offer packages consisting of one experience for one person. The minimum for an individual participant is two experiences. If participant numbers vary between experiences, for example, eight people at a winery and six on an e-bike tour, an additional coordination fee may apply.

What affects feasibility

• Advance notice: the earlier you contact us, the more options we can offer and the easier it is to keep costs down.
• Group size: larger groups make it easier to keep prices reasonable; costs may be higher for very small groups.

How to proceed

• Choose the standard tour on our website that best matches what you have in mind.
• Complete the form, including the package link, preferred dates, number of participants, requests or changes, and any allergies.
• We will review your request and reply with available options, any additional charges, and next steps.

Often the locations you choose are not exclusive, so it is essential to maintain the respectful behavior of other clients.

We cannot indicate what is allowed and what is not, but we rely on your common sense to avoid unpleasant situations for you as well.

Have you seen one of our packages and think it might be right for you? OK, send the link to your friends right away (I imagine you’ve already started a chat to share ideas) and ask for confirmation…The package says everything you need to know, including the price! Then, after collecting the signatures and setting a date, write to me right away! The sooner you do this, the more confident you’ll be that you’ll get just what you want on your chosen date!

Once I confirm, I will ask you to pay a deposit by wire transfer. Please pay the balance 15 days before the event.

Unless otherwise specified in the packages, the bride or groom’s share is divided among the group.

We cannot provide multiple quotes for a single customer; please decide which package you prefer based on the site description, then request availability so we can block the date and activities for a few days, but only for one package. The quote is already what you find on the site!
