• Our tours are created through an artisanal collaboration with our partners: each proposal requires checks and attention, so we would not be able to give immediate answers by phone. The experiences are customizable and need time to be built in the best possible way.

• We are a very small team and we work remotely: phone calls would make it difficult to keep track of what has been agreed. We put a lot of energy into SlowDays, but it is also important for us to preserve a healthy balance with our private lives.

• We handle requests in order of arrival: it would not be fair to give priority to those who call over those who write. Written communication is also a guarantee of clarity and traceability for you as well.

We know this method may feel inconvenient, and we also value human contact. At the moment, however, it is the only sustainable way for us to work well and keep our prices fair. Thank you for your understanding.
