The trek takes place in the surroundings of Alba, along trails that quickly leave the city streets behind and take you up into the hills, among the vineyards of Barbaresco.
The route is easy and accessible, but a minimum level of fitness is required (it is 10 km long).
A whole day to enjoy each stage at the right pace.
A minimum purchase of 2 SlowBoxes is required. Additional purchases do not need to be multiples of 2.
When redeeming the voucher, you can, based on the chosen formula, define the optimal times to enjoy the experience fully.
Comfortable hiking or sports shoes, layered clothing, and a bottle of water. The experience is suitable for everyone; no particular athletic training is required.

Yes, admission to the spa for 1 hour and 30 minutes is included in the package.
It includes some basic rituals, a relaxation area, a sauna, a steam bath, and a Roman sauna. Bring a bathrobe, slippers, and a towel. These can be booked when redeeming the voucher (to be paid directly at the wellness center).
No problem: the recipient can replace the SlowBox with another experience of equal value.
